Abuela Ana's Yuca Recipe
This is my first SoundSlide. Its of my best friends' grandmother, Ana Gonzalez. She also raised me; they all lived in the apartment floor above mine in Brooklyn, NY. I visited her recently and she started to make me one of her yuca recipes. This is the result.

Bodega Politics: Abuela Collection
This photo is of my grandmother, Rosa Baez. It was taken this past fall at my father's Latin market. In the photo, my grandmother is discussing politics, a subject she can grow very zealous about. This photo is part of my Abuela Collection.
